ACORSYS has successfully realized in March 2021 the relocation of a BOBST 160S line including a RODA palletizer in Poland. ACORSYS has been contracted to provide the relocation services including dismantling, transport and providing the necessary installation and foundation plans according to the customer’s requirements.

ACORSYS has successfully realized in November 2020 the relocation of a EMBA 244 line in North Carolina, United States. ACORSYS has been contracted to provide the relocation services including dismantling, transport and providing the necessary installation and foundation plans according to the customer’s requirements.

ACORSYS carried out in December 2018 the upgrade of the Control Computer in a Flexo Folder Gluer TECASA STARPRINT II in Ronkonkoma, United States.

The original computer has been replaced by a next-generation PC-Touch and including the control program for the adjustment of jobs, tool positioning and number of boxes to be produced as well as the option for remote assistance.

The upgrade has brought the control system to a high level of technology, significantly increasing the reliability of the system as well as improving the handling and control of the work.

ACORSYS has reinstalled the EMBA 160 line with 3 printers and a Multipal palletizer from Madrid to Guimarães, Portugal.

The reinstallation has included training services and set-up according to customer requirements.

ACORSYS has succesfully dismantled, in December 2018, a BOBST SPO 160 Flat Bed Die Cutter, that included three Flexo Printers, a Bundle-Breaker and a Shrink Tunnel.

The machine was in Gorgonzola (Italy) and ACORSYS has also done the loading, in five trucks, for its transport to Kiev (Ukraine).

ACORSYS has succesfully dismantled, in November 2018, a YOUNG SHIN REVOTEC 145SR Flat Bed Die Cutter.

The machine was in Zalaegerzeg (Hungary) and ACORSYS has also done the loading for its transport to Madrid (Spain).

ACORSYS has succesfully dismantled, in October 2018, a CURIONI 2900NT Flat Bed Die Cutter.

The machine was in Valencia (Spain) and ACORSYS has also done the loading for its transport to Kondrovo (Russia).

ACORSYS has successfully reinstalled, in October 2018, a TECASA Flexo Folder Gluer machine in New York (USA).

ACORSYS has done the whole reinstallation project, including the dismantling, loading and transport from Virginia (USA).

In October 2018, ACORSYS has installed and put into production a RAPIDEX Rotary Die Cutter, including a CURIONI Prefeeder.

The machine had been previously dismantled, but with its documentation and the experience of ACORSYS technicians the installation has been a success.

ACORSYS has installed, in September 2018, a TRESU chamber in the Printer unit of a TECASA Flexo Folder Gluer machine.

The machine was in Savigneux (France) and with this change in the printing system the printing quality has been improved, as the amount of ink used is more precise, and the ink leaks and splatters have been reduced.
