Peripheral equipment with an infinite number of combinations at the output of the converting equipment to automate the output of the lines.

ROLLER TABLES IN DIFFERENT TYPES

• Gravity roller tables - AFG (Advance Front Gravity).
• Motorised roller tables - AFM (Advence Front Motorized).
• Roller tables with side exit belts - AFS.

 

 

Optionally with scissor table for working at 2 heights: packages at 900 mm and stacks at 350 mm.

• Standard widths (mm): 800. 1200, 1600, 2000, 2400, 2800 y 3200.
• Standard lengths (mm): 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 y 3000.
• Other dimensions on request.

Light series with Ø50x1 mm roller for handling small packages.

• Roller with Ø12 m shaft and 1 mm wall thickness.
• Profile frame structure and sheet metal frame.
• Lengths: from 1000 to 2000 mm.
• Widths: from 800 to 1600 mm.
• Clearance height: 800 to 1000 mm.
• Maximum speed 80 m/min.
• Load capacity 200 kg/m2.
• It is suitable for transporting medium and small packages (up to 400 mm high) at the exit of the breaker.

Heavy series with Ø89x3 mm roller for handling large stacks.

• Roller with Ø25 mm shaft and 3 mm wall thickness.
• Frame in structural profile and sheet metal.
• Lengths: from 1000 to 3000 mm.
• Widths: from 1600 to 3200 mm.
• Clearance height: 800 to 1000 mm.
• Maximum speed 40 m/min.
• Load capacity of 1000 kg/m2.
• For large stacks of plates at Stacker outlets and for pallet transport.

TURNING TABLES
Advance turntable (ATS – Advance Turn and Side)

Roller infeed and belt outfeed.

Sizes: nominal pitch 1600 and 2000, corresponding to diameters of 2250 and 2850 with 50 mm rollers.
